An exciting opportunity has now arisen within our R&D department as a Project Manager. Position is part of our R&D team consisting of 36 professionals. With your good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude you will fit nicely to our crew. Like rest of us, you have curious mind and a constant desire to learn new things and better ways of creating new solutions.
Key Accountabilities
• Leading R&D product development projects all the way from the requirements definition and planning to final product delivery according to Ouman project management processes
• Contribution in customer project quotations
• Taking care of the project tasks planning, daily operations and expenses within budget
• Meeting the project/product technical, financial and quality targets
• Managing the project related sales and customer R&D communication
• Responsible of product delivery from R&D to production
Key qualifications
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. engineering education (software, electronics or mechanical engineering)
• 5+ years’ work experience in relevant industry
• Basic understanding of SW, IoT cloud technologies, HW and practical design experience in some of these areas
• Well organized, professional and positive approach, self-motivated
• Good communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
• Fluent in English and Finnish is mandatory, Swedish is considered a plus
• Formal project management certification is considered a plus
• IoT cloud or building automation experience is considered a plus
