We are strengthening Ouman export team with a salesperson covering the Baltics region. The principal place of work is in Tallinn, Estonia.

Ouman Oy is growing and internationalizing strongly and that is why we need more sales force for our export. Ouman Oy operates in building automation HVAC domain creating complete world class automation systems utilizing cutting edge IoT technologies for buildings including sensors, controllers and cloud monitoring systems.

In 30 years, we have grown from a Finnish manufacturer of controllers to an international building automation industry expert. Our solutions are enjoyed by residents, property owners, property managers, contractors, engineers and equipment manufacturers across Europe. We are the biggest manufacturer of HVAC controllers in the Nordic countries and produce 1.2 million products annually.

Ouman has six locations in Finland – in Kempele, Oulu, Rauma, Espoo, Turku and Tampere. In addition to our offices and factories, our field organization has people across the country. Our factories are located in Kempele, Finland, and Kuressaare, Estonia. Our foreign customers are served also through offices located in Gothenburg and St. Petersburg.

In addition to sharp product development skills and an efficient production team, Ouman has a skilful group of property automation experts. Ouman Group’s net sales are EUR 33 million and the company employs over 250 people.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within Ouman export team in the Baltics.

We are looking for active and open-minded person to work with our current customers and system partners in Baltic region. Big part of the work is also to find new customers and market segments and be in active contact with system designers, consultants and decision makers in federal offices. Your office will be located in the Baltics.

Person will part of OUMAN building automation export team and mainly working together with export manager and team including product managers and marketing resources. Communication with R&D is also important part of your work to bring feedback and knowhow from customers to development team.

Basic understanding of HVAC systems and general knowhow about internet connected devices is mandatory. Experience from sales and marketing is also beneficial and minimum language requirement is English. Your main working language will be English, but capability to speak local languages used in Baltics is appreciated. Work will include travelling mostly in Baltics, so willingness to travel for approx. 60-80 days per year is expected. You will handle customer service functions by visiting customers, giving trainings and presentations and you might join field work with customers. Attitude for hands-on work must be familiar for you, since work might include some practical planning arrangements for events and seminars in your market area.
