– We have about 50 real estate properties around Finland, and we wanted to have better control over what is happening in the properties.
– The remote connection allows us to view from our “flight control tower” various matters at all our sites, such as air volumes and boiler room equipment. You could say that the boiler room is located right there, at our computer screen. That makes life easier, and we can quickly react to any alarming situation or when values have to be adjusted. Our control over our properties has considerably improved.

Ounet contains a digital attachments section and SCADA log for each property. Operating and user instructions, and location diagrams, for example, can be uploaded to the SCADA, where they can be found easily when necessary. The SCADA log allows users to submit information on the measures taken in the SCADA. Ounet’s graphic control interfaces have been designed with clarity in mind. The same views and logic are repeated in other control interfaces, too, which means that you can master all locations after a single training session.
In the Ounet web-based SCADA, you can create reports on consumption data or condition measurements, for example. The reports can combine and refine the measurement data and convert it into a visual format that is easier to interpret. This makes it easier to draw the correct conclusions. For example, it is easy to identify a leaking toilet or consumption changes to standard heating energy.
Measurement and condition histories over a selected period of time can be viewed in a graphic format with the trend function. The visual presentation makes it possible to monitor the mutual interaction of several process variables and to draw the correct conclusions from them. The measurement history data will be stored in the web-based SCADA for 2 years.

A single annual fee will give you a complete web-based SCADA with automatic updates and alarm text messages. The implementation work for the web-based SCADA will be done by trained Ouman retailers.
